2. Please let me know what is happening with my deposit that Neotel has, I need it back thanks.
3. Please let me know when Neotel wants to collect the device / antenna so I can have someone there.

I'm still waiting for them to pick up my device since monday! Hmmm! Sent Hugo an email.
 
gdiza-I was wondering if you cancel your neotel contract do they take back the router or do they make you pay the cost of the router and make you keep it?
 
I'm not paying anything!

They are in breach of their contract, have been for ages, Hugo knows this - all my threads all are proof of that.

I will give the router back and def get my R1000 deposit back.

Enough said - or I'll make a big stink, my last one :)

@gdiza :How did Hugo help you out. I phoned to cancel today and they want to charge me a device fee for the rest of the contact, was this the same for you

He is dealing with it, because I think he is the only COMPETENT person employed at Neotel.
I'm not going to tolerate being charged anything...

There was a slight concerning e-mail from Hugo this morning regarding my deposit, but I'm sure it'll be sorted out.

Neotel accounts department clearly don't look further than their noses.

I can't be the only person who has "Deposit Held: R1000" on his actual freaking bill! :mad:

still waiting for them to sort out the billing error and come and collect there device,
on top of that they phoned me yesterday and said i had very high usage in November and December(over 30Gb),
this is impossible because my speed never went above 1Kbs!!!
i could not even open a web page.
Thats why i am asking for a refund for November and December!

Clearly the reason why no usage tracker was built....so they could rape you till the cows come home
 
Catruter, we need to finalise your case Monday as well, will chat after i've posted the pr info!


Imoe - if you read the usage tracker thread you'll know that during the last testing in Jan, the bill system wasn't communicating with the UT system, so the info being sent by mail wasn't accurate.
So we're fast track on this to get this out pronto!

According to Hugo, my R1k (deposit that Neotel is holding) should be with me by the weekend.

Hugo, please check everything is sorted, like, Neotel will not take another R1000 off etc, I don't want any issues come end of month.

With that said, my DSL should be up and running today! :D
