Why are you whining so much about the goddamn device! Why do you HAVE to get rid of it so soon, does it take up so much sapce? just put it in a cuboard somewhere in your house and forget about it until neotel fetch it, is that so hard to do? There's more serious problems Hugo and neotel need to sort out then to come and fetch your neotel device!

Maybe because they waste our time with making appointments they do not keep. Appointments we leave work early from in order to be on time. In my case it was 4 times that they stuffed up...

Not once did he say he made an appointment with neotel to fetch the device, he just demanded they come and get it. Fair enough if they did make an appointment then just never pitched up, then i can understand why he is complaining.
 
Here is a little story;

Last night I got home, saw the device and as promised, I took it, put it in the bin.
This morning after I got to work, I felt bad about putting the stuff in the bin, so I called my mom to find out if SkyNet have called/come to collect, she said no.
This of cause, angered me because they said if the couldn't come on the Wednesday, they'd come on the Thursday, which they didn't do, either.
So anyways, stuff that, I carried on with my day.
My mom called me at about 2pm to find out where the phone is, I said, "in the bin, outside" she just went "Oh, didn't think you would really do it" to which I replied "well, I did" and that was the end of the conversation.
Weird I thought.
Couple of minutes ago I called my mom to find out why she asked me that, she said SkyNet eventually pitched up to collect the device.
Lucky for everyone (including her) that I was the last person to put something in the big so it was still at the top and she just changed the packet.

I have NO antenna anymore, and I have no Neotel phone/device anymore.

YAY :)

You can bugger off, if you were a Neotel client, you'd probably be more understanding!

Oh, I told Hugo when I cancelled the device he must make arrangements to collect the device, that was like 2/3 weeks ago BUDDY!
I then e-mailed Hugo and told him to make arrangements, nothing.
Then I sent a final e-mail giving him and Kumtech a deadline - one I enforced FURIOUSLY.
Both I and Reon (from Kumtech) tried to call Hugo numerous times and he didn't answer his phone.
