Tried to order online. Said they will get back to me in 5days......15days and waiting?

Sent a email 5 days ago, still no response.

More detail please ? Where did you order from ? What card number did you use what cvc number heck wat products where you interested in.
 
Gosh how can you complain about how someone else fails and yet fail so bad yourself by not telling us wtf you're on about?

From where and what I have been selling on-line for years and to make a statement like that is simply not not on.

Keep trying. For your second attempt, try purchasing from a specific online store. Instead of getting back to you, you might actually get what you ordered. :p

Lets just say Telkom Mobile often doesn't have stock of the gadgets that they keep advertising. Maybe take them to the Advertising Standard Authority so that they can wake up?
 
I was contacted by some telkom mobile BEE service provider. Their phone did not arrive. I phone the courier myself. when the courier did receive the phone, my name was wrong, and the whole proses had to start all over. I canceled.

Beware that cancellation .... get information in writing.

I had a similar transaction go South on me (albeit MTN) , and a year or so later these f***tards tried to sue me for the cost of the phone I never got.
Lucky for me, I had all my paperwork sorted....
