MrBean, I suggest reading the threads more closely. If what people have written is true, there are obvious and clear grounds for fraud and theft investigations, and clear VAT irregularities.
In respect of "sorting issues", I venture to suggest that nailing the guy will prevent others from experiencing more of the same, even if it does not "sort" all the issues mentioned here.
And if someone comes at me with threats, all sympathy flies out of the window, and there will be no forgiveness.

This is directed at JFBRobisher, in particular. If you made a joke, sorry, I did not see the fun it it...then I apologize for my reply, but this seemed done in a facetious manner.
And no, I am not Person, I don't come up for him, I think what he has done (some things at least) is not honest, and not commendable, and is despicable. What I tried to point out was that there is at least 2 guys here who could have or had the issues resolved, admittedly after a lot of emails, no replies, etc....and at least TheYak could have avoided a lot of personal stress.
Incube got his case back, and TheYak were given the option of sending the card to Legend - which he refuse to take. If it was me, I would have avoidd all stress, laid a charge at the Police after 2 weeks, and send the card away for warranty replacement.
@ Debbie: I did not read the other thread, as I understood it turned into a circus, so I won't waste my time. Obviously there might be people that is still awaiting either their money, goods, or answers, which may have a strong case against Person. If you feel this way, by all means go to the Authorities, and report it - but, your point is taken, and I partially agree to it.
But, guys and girls, the fact of the matter is you do not know that he did commit fraud against SARS, what he perceives to be a VAT registration number, may purely be a registered name number, which is different.
To say that he did commit fraud (at least against SARS) is slanderous, and he may have a legal point to stand on - take note, I refer to SARS only, not anything else.
Antithesis hits the nail on the head - as I mentioned previously, Person is dishonest, and deceitful.
He needs a good ban of all local forii, and some strong legal action against him if this facts is proven in a court.
At least, I won't have the ballz to drag Alienware (now Dell) into this, as they will take him to the cleaners, and leave him in jail to rot - if they can prove he caused harm to their Corporate image.

Don't forget he promised to reimburse TheYak for his gfx card 3 months ago, he was basically giving it to him because he had to go thru crap to get it. He hasn't done so, and I suspect he won't.

Problem with him seems to be, he is 19 or something, very young, and a lot of us were hotheads at that stage of our lifes - to proud to admit to mistakes, but, I doubt a lot of us were as deceitful and dishonest as he appears to be.
But yes, intersting to see what, if any action the big names, eg Microsoft, OCZ and Dell will take against him.
Jeesh, come think of it, if the charges are not just petty, and serious enough, he might be extradicted to USA to stand trial.....

@ Juggy: No problem, I will ignore him, no real issue for me. I am from the old school, matriculated 1985, so there are many "new" words or internet lingo if you will, that I need to learn, especially when conversing with mostly youngsters
So, I also invented a new word, forii, who is he to tell me I can't? hehe
