Twas the one day in march when i felt the need to post, so signed up to do so... but was shot down :(

The company's name does check out... but the VAT part i couldnt verify...??


Regarding the possible law suits or whatever that pple where asking about way back when - theoretically its irrelevant what bank account is being used... u where doing businesss with him, and he instructed u to use his personal account.
Also, there are a number of sections within various acts in SA that relate to reckless trading / intention to deceive / fraudulent trading / misrepresentation.. blah blah blah, so im sure if you really wanted to there are numerous ways to get him...
