Have to say I enjoyed Secrets game last night. They seem a lot more focused than in DAC. Could be that they used their time off wisely and worked on their timings etc. Unfortunately I couldn't finish the game, but when I closed Dota they were 25 kills ahead and pushing tier 3 towers.

Anyone finish that game?

jaco - I think it's the DotaPit if I am not mistaken.

Unfortunately I only watched game 1 Fatality, but they seemed well in charge. Surprised they lost game 2.
 
Had an interesting weekend of Dota: yesterday afternoon my phone line just died. In the middle of a game, of course. Kept getting cut off while trying to log a call with Telkom. Went to the local store, and they advised it was a network outage in the area (knew that already cause my neighbour's phone was also out). Came back on after 6. Joined another game - halfway through, line died again. Another abandon. Log on this morning, and was greeted by a 4 match low priority penalty. Grind through them (oh god it was bad!), play a couple normals, and wait for the year beast event (thought what the hell, may be fun to try again). I queue, and as it pops: "sorry, the year beast has fled"... only 3hrs until the next one!

I also had weird fps lag in one of my recent games. Thought it was just me, but both teams also had it. Stuttering game play, sometimes looked like a slide show. Anyone else had that?

I've had them as well; it makes it somewhat difficult to play properly and you can't cancel anything quickly enough after you've clicked.
 
Strange lag spikes the whole weekend. Since Year Beast the Dota network seems to be taking strain. Can't wait for that shizzle to be over. Rickster - Morph is an awesome hero, but he needs a whack load of farm before he starts taking off. He also isn't a strong team fight hero - at best he will pick off one or two hero's but then you need to haul ass unless you have your team close by for support.

Played him once or twice but never really got into playing him. Will play him as support... That 4.5s stun is amazing.

CM is insane lately. Randomed her twice and kicked ass with her in both games, even though we lost the first one due to a feeding Tinker who lost 2 lanes for us through not calling when Drow went messing mid. She ganked top 3 times before 10 minutes while he was trying to get his farm up. He was like 0 - 5 at 10 minutes. Very frustrating - oh nevermind let me not start something again.

Experienced this a lot over the weekend. My screen would freeze for about 1 or 2 seconds. Before every team fight as well.

A wild guess says it has something to do with the network, a friend who has FTTH (lucky bastard) never experienced any problems. I'm on 3G.

Indeed morphling needs huge farm, but you only pick him if your game will be going into late game, my build is Manta, Heart, E blade and Dagon lvl5/AC

I dont know what setting "network quality" to low will do, try it out.
 
It definitely wasn't local network issues: I was play on EU West when it happened. I think it's all the micro updates we're getting every day since the patch launched - Volvo has broken Dota again, tries to fix it, then breaks something else.
 
Hi guys just wana know if any of you wana make a clan or have space for another person? l play Offline to semi carry have 5 years of dota exp and currently sitting 400 wins above my losses. let me know
 
My dota is 100%
been playing the hole weekend almost at 25 Year beast wins :D
