Well with the amazing 70.3% uptime I've had with 8ta since the 26th, I will gladly pay for Vodacom.

It's far easier for them to launch products on promotional pricing as they don't need to get the pricing approved by ICASA first like they would have to with permanent price changes.

Their 2GB for R149/m "promotion" has been going for about a year now if I remember correctly and every time just before the promotion expires they extend it.

Well I just noticed today that my 1gb for R99 data contract now has been upgraded to 2gb.. no idea why or for how long, but hey I'll take it.
