Downloading magnet links?

I normally use FreeDownloadManager, but I see that it doesn't support magnet links.

Which managers do you'll use for this?

for magnet links is older versions of FDM:

FDM -> Options -> settings -> BitTorrent then check the [Enable DHT] box.

FDM is a torrent client, or at least supports torrents.

Force "encryption" has been useless to avoid shaping for ages and isn't really encryption, it messes with the packet headers to obfuscate the packets, easy enough to still identify that it is torrent traffic by looking at the packets themselves.

Never heard of qBittorrent, I've always used uTorrent and found it lightweight and has no problems. It took a while for uTorrent to allow you to individually select files from magnet links but once thepiratebay started forcing magnets down everyones throat and they fixed it, uTorrent regained the lead as #1 client for me.
