Hi folks

DNS problems at the Hetzner Johannesburg data centre caused MyBroadband to be down for a few hours this morning.

We apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to access the site – we really do our best to ensure the highest uptime possible, but some things are beyond our control.

No MyBB in the morning is like nooooooo coffee was horrible ! Was about to go back to bed.
 
Got a huge fright this morning. MyADSL is the very first site I click on in my favourites, even before my home page has properly loaded. I immediately feared the worst and thought there was something wrong with my internet connection. Took me a couple of anxious seconds to find out nothing is wrong
 
I'm normally at work by 7. MyBB did not work so my day is now upside down. It will take me a few hours to catchup again. :) :)
 
I had a weird flash back this morning - When I tried to open the site it sent me to (what must've been) the old Cape Town version of the site. New posts showed a most recent post from 12:19am 08-08-08. I tried to post back in the past but got a db error. :)
 
ill sponsor secondary dns server if hetzner is not capable of providing you with any redundancy. i had like ontrekking simptome and all
