Yeah, life does go on but having said that, what I'd give to be able to go back in time and change things.
They say you live and learn, but some things you JUST NEED to go back to and fix/change/make better.

Aye, but you can't. I "need to" travel back a year and fix things but it's not going to happen. Sometimes necessity forces us to move on. One foot in front of the other.

But what if you could tell the person in question about the mistake and such, how much they mean to you, you know... try and fix the wrongs of the past, NOW.

My ex is back in SA, wants to see me, just talk and such, but she knows how I feel about her, and she about me.
I think I'll be all cool as long as possible and then break down and just confess my undying love in the hopes she could even 'consider' giving me another chance.

Do you think there is chance/possibility to patch things up? If no, then save yourself the pain and not meet with her.
