Drill right one

Thanks. Pity, no B&D cordless hammer drill option.

Will just buy boring old corded drill.

Thanks.

Weird I didn't get it on their site. Typed in black+decker.

But cool will go for this.

Looks like sold by 3rd party.

Or try takealot?
Takealot is usually more expensive, at least for these 18V tools. Although sometimes the batteries or chargers on sale.

I am already invested in the ecosystem, thus why I want the 18V cordless B&D drill.

Thanks

ive had one of these ( at least an older variant ) for many many years, it gets abused with putting up camera's , alarms, etc , and it just never quits

I've had one of these for years (Black Friday special at Builders)

Sjoe, if you're going into masonry and going anywhere near concrete what you really want is a rotary impact drill (SDS drill) - the cordless SDS's are expensive though
I just need a drill for odd masonry drilling a few times a year. So not worth spending too much money.

Thanks - I recalled a Builders video stating SDS drills faster than Impact drills for masonry. Just couldn't recall the term.

Cordless impact (like the yellow monster above) is fine for normal masonry -mine has served me well over the years.

If you're going into a lintel, concrete, vibracrete pillar, or cement flagstones then hire an SDS for the weekend - you (and your drill) will be forever grateful.

I highly recommend looking at Einhell cordless tools. I have several now and will be selling my Makita ones. Cheap, well designed, large batteries, and amazing build quality!

Thanks - never heard of this brand before but certainly looks reputable.
