Where is the best place for renewing your drivers licence? I don't mind going to a small dorpie to do that, I'm not in the mood to stand forever in a queue.

If you live in Brakpan then edenvale DLTC, last time i was there there were no queues.

Try the one at the Gautrain station in midrand. But like Lupus said, it will depend on who has slots available.

Apparently the Waterfall RTMC is really good from what I've heard. I booked today for later this month on the NATIS website. Will see whether it's decent or not then.

bleh, one of those days where I'm getting knackered at work.

There's a DLTC at the Centurion Gautrain station. Wife did hers last year, relatively pain-free experience. My booking that I made last week is for end of the month.

I couldn't do my drivers renewal since I live in CT but I got my license discs delivered in 3 days. Drivers license was a f-up with load shedding as the traffic department (Milnerton) closes its doors during those times. Even without load shedding took me 5 hours on a Saturday morning courtesy of a single eye test machine working.

depends on your area, if you're in an e-Natis province booking is required I believe

if you're in for example the Western Cape, booking is not even an option, and yet somehow it seems to work better
