Nope. I have Neotel fibre clients in Bellville that are down. Neotel Fibre in Stellenbosch is fine though.

WTF is going on?

R50 says piss poor BGP management.
My best guess right now would be a BGP fckup that broke routing.

Can't find any official comment of who's kit causing the issues

Major Peering network failure in cape town affecting CPT to Joburg and International at the moment

the ISP I am aware of having issues as follows:
