DROPPING CONNECTION/EXCHANGE PROBLEM TELKOM ?

We have had intermittend and complete dropping of our DSL connection over two suppllied lines for the past 10 weeks.

The two DSL Fastest lines are: 021 510 xxxx and 021 510 xxxx
Repeated symptoms on a weekly basis:
1. drops connection
2. dropping of connection becomes more frequent and for longer periods
3. complete connection loss

refer to period most recent dates: Thursday 27th June to Monday 1st July.
our connection started dropping on Wednesday, increased dropping frequency on Thursday, lost complete connection Friday, Saturday and Sunday. On Monday morning early a Telkom technician fixed a part/cleared whatever was wrong in exchange.

During the course of Monday we had good connection, as well as Tuesday. On Wednesday of this week, we started dropping connection intermittendly. When this happens, we log a fault with Telkom as well as check with the two service providers (MWeb and Internet Solutions) for connection. In all instances the service providers have confirmed good connection. Over the course of the past 10 weeks, Telkom technical staff and technicians who have come out to our premises(3 to date) have confirmed exchange errors.

Today, we have logged a fault repeatedly on both lines, only to be told by helpline staff that the problem is not Telkom side.

We feel this problem is not resolved as we are yet again dropping intermittendly and with increased frequency today, repeating the pattern of the last 10 weeks. Our company's business and turnover is internet connection reliant and we are not getting the service from Telkom we are in agreement with. Please advise how this issue is being attended to and how Telkom is going to resolve providing the service according to their agreement with our company. Furthermore, how is Telkom going to compensate for loss of trade as well as loss of wages paid out to staff not able to perform their duties due to loss of internet connection.
 
In my experience this is Telkom and line issues.
