DS vs PSP

You don't need a credit card to buy from Take2(why does everyone think that?), you can pay via direct deposit, Internt banking tansfer or if you're with standard bank use their "autopay" option(I do).

How do you set up this autopay thing. I querried it in my bank and they looked at me and just went "Huh, whats autopay?".... btw i am with standard bank

You just need to be registered with internet banking. Then when you check out at take2 click on the autopay logo then click on autopay again. It'll take you to a login screen at standard bank. It'll ask you to confirm your purchase and that is that.

So the only requirement is registering for internet banking.

Just remember that initially your internet banking limit is set to 0 if you aren't registered yet. So you'll need to get that up.

We use the Hori screen protectors. They've stood up to heavy use. I believe you can buy them from Take2.

I've had both consoles, have dozens of games for both and had modded them both.

DS is more expensive to mod but by far easier. You're looking at R800 for everything brand new if you wanna mod. (R4 + 1GB SD Card)

PSP is cheaper but takes much time getting the hang of it. Get someone else to do it for you. Costs around R500 total. (Modding + 4GB Mem card)

Which handheld has better mods?
PSP, hands down. You cannot beat the screen quality for movies nor the wide range of apps available for the PSP.

For gaming only?
Well, it's up to you. What games do you like?
Personally I prefer the PSP. More mature games than DS ones. Here's a release list of all the PSP and DS games. Browse through them and see which handheld has the games you like. Go for that system.

I am an RPG fan so I am very happy with my DS Lite especially that Disgaea now being confirmed for the DS.

If it's RPG you're after, PSP is the console that offers a plethora of rpg's. Check out Jeanne D'Arc. One of the best rpg's for the psp.
