Hi there,

I have a d-link DSL-2640U router, it connects to Axxess fine with...

Port/VPI/VCI = 0/8/35
VLAN Mux = Off
Con. ID = 1
Category = UBR
Service = pppoe_0_0_35_1
Interface = ppp_0_8_35_1
Protocol = PPPoE
Igmp = Disabled
QoS = Enabled
State = Enabled
Status = Up
IP Address = 196.210.199.74

But i wish to set it up with full bridge mode, does anyone know how to set it up properly, I do the obvious... but it just wont connect.

And the nets resources from D-Link seem to be almost useless...

Thanks in advance!

The manuals for that router are pretty decent:
DSL-2640U C1: http://ftp.dlink.ru/pub/ADSL/DSL-2640U_BRU_C/Description/DSL-2640U_C1_Manual_1.00_ENG.pdf ( I reckon you have this one)
DSL-2640U B2: http://ftp.dlink.ru/pub/ADSL/DSL-2640U/Description/DSL-2640U_B2_Manual.pdf
If you just add another bridge interface to the WAN interfaces, then you could use the router in half-bridge mode.
Otherwise if you really want to have it in full bridge mode, just use the Wizard, select Bridging as the Connection type.

Why do you want it in full bridge mode?

Btw, don't show/post your public IP address on public sites.
