DSL Down!

DSL has been down the whole morning untill now. Its here in Paarl. The exchange is 021 872 xxxx

It was syncing but would not log on.

Anybody else experience hassle this morning!

012345 also offline. cannot even sync
 
My DSL line has been down for a week. The Aasvoelkop exchange (Northcliff JHB 011-678-xxxx) was struck by lightning (I assume) and they say it could be another 3 WEEKS before it is fixed. My reference number at 0800-DSL-DSL is 237CRK180107

My wife and I have been phoning the call centre every day, and they haven't even assigned a technician to our fault number yet. I'm loking forward to a substantial refund, but that doesn't help me with the dial-up calls or the remaining bandwidth I have already paid for.

My ADSL just went off. I'm in Somerset West :(

Edit: OK, I'm back. That was wierd. Was out for about an hour.

Same problem

Since last night, sync, but cannot ping server....modem fail this diag test.

It then came right, but went to sleep, looks OK now.


Thought my modem was packing up, cause 10215 said no problem 1st time, 2nd time no answer..
