DSL-ISP Who is good for latency..

Hi All.

I am currently with Vox on their 75G FP +Bolt on uncapped and really dont have any issues with them except, I connect to a game server located in LA and the past two weeks has been hell, Latency is between 550-600 ms sometimes more, So I am thinking of perhaps changing ISP's but have no idea who would give a better latency. I also play ESO on the EU server and have been getting latency there of 375 ms. I live on the KZN South Coast and currently have a 4mb DSL line through Axxess,
I dont know if the problem is with Axxess or Vox. Any advice would be most appreciated.

This way you can isolate whether the latency is introduced by the ISP or your line...

My latency to the EU region has been the lowest using Crystal Web.
