Hope this is the right board to use. Was looking for assistance or advice on a problem I am having.
I am 4mb line, a Telkom uncapped, and a Axxess capped account. I am however experiencing extremely high latency but the download and upload rate seem okay.
Does anyone perhaps know why this would occur or how it can be fixed?
I have logged a call with both Telkom and Axxess but have not received any feedback yet - a bit of urgency as we are busy LANing.
