DSL Not Connecting to ISP

Good evening

I've been without internet access on my DSL since Sunday morning and Telkom says there is nothing wrong. But my DSL line cannot authenticate to any ISP account I put in besides the Telkom Guest account. The guest account works fine.

What can cause this behavior? What is the root cause for performing below standards?

Strange - seeing your location it leads me to think this is the root cause

However, it appears to have been sorted out :confused:
 
Try resetting to factory default the router, and enter your credentials again

I had a similar experience a few weeks back with a DGN2200 and this sorted it out for me.
 
If 1 account doesn't work but another does, then contact your ISP. There's nothing wrong with your line in this case.
