DSTV Dualview decoder resetting every week!

Why does this happen?!?!

Every Sunday at 22:00 my DSTV Dualview decoder resets by itself and starts up showing the TV Guide!

Is this normal?

i have the same problem, but mine does it while i am watching TV as well,

i have had the decoder swapped out by NOCHOICE , 3 times, and i still have the problem,

and no one at there help desk can help me
