Here's some feedback from an ex-customer...
Start charging R200/month all inclusive for the full bouquet of every channel you have, then I might consider not being an ex-customer anymore.
Let's see what you will base on THAT feedback!
R200pm x 4.5m still = R10.8bn revenue per year.... which is just another way of saying:

One hundred BILLION dollars

Everything out of mc is a lie. What about the feedback we gave to have a sport only boquet, including ALL the sport channels. They only listen to the feedback they want to. That is not caring about the customer, it is a symptom of a sick monopoly.

They create these stupid boquets, then nobody adopts, then they add more useless channels to pretend that they add value. gfy.
