DSTV Explora and PVR

Hi,
I have a DSTV PVR and am thinking of getting an Explora.
Will I be able to transfer all my current recordings to the Explora?
If I can't, can I keep and use both the PVR and Explora?
How would I be able to do this?

Just remember with the new explora's they require the smart lnb as well.

And also bear in mind that soon or later after the instalation your explora will jst be blank on all channels excluding channel 100....worse it will soon or later restart every 10 minutes ....so the blank screen solution is to remove and insert the smart card.

Hi NightFury, My old PVR which can record two view 1 is on it's last legs and must be replaced. My question to you is as follows
1. I am usually able to record and view at a later date nearly all rugby games shown. Last weekend there were 3 Six Nations, Super 15 and Sevens showing.
2. Will I be able to view all of those in catch up on the Explora?
