DStv Explora measured up against DStv HD PVR

So i plugged the LNB into SatCR input on my pvr, everything works. Now I am trying to take the RF Out and plug it into another TV. But it does not work...I get an image if I use the AV cables but i would really like this to work with the RF out...what gives??? this worked perfectly on my SD decoder...

ok sorted now, had to scan again on secondary TV.
