Dstv In Malawi Pvr

I need urgent help i have a pvr here in malawi with tv1 and 2 i wanted 3 users to change at once is it possible i tried not possible but wanted to ask the people if it is? ok i bought a 4 way amplihar now i want tv2 to watch they r watching but i want tv1 to be seen in my room and when i chnge tv1 shuld chnge i did it worked but when the lights went in malawi which they go often the tv link died it want on and the picture bring white spots ? can any 1 help

me 2 i dunno what i just wrote sorry guys let me re-explain i have a pvr my dad watches on the pvr which is the main my brother watches on tv2 now i wana watch aswell as tv3 but its not possible so i just want tv1 to show in my room and i shuld b able to chnge as my dad does not use the pvr alot so i bought a 4 way spliter which let me chnge in my room and my brothers but when the lights went last nite my tv link want on any more i dunno way i have tv links plugged in to coxel cables my uncles works myn stoped why does this happen and how could i solve it
