DSTV keeps freezing

I'm in Durban (Bluff) and for the past several hours (since about noon today), my DSTV keeps freezing for a few seconds, then resuming, then freezing again for a few seconds, etc. This seems to be happening consisntently across all channels that I've tested. I've checked the signal strength, as recommended by some Googling, and it says 100%. I've rebooted the decoder. Could this just be weather related? The sky is clear but it's very windy.

-or- Dodgy cable connection

Thanks chrisc.... it behaved perfectly all day today - could it just have been the wind? It really was gusting yesterday.
