DSTV menu doesn't show channel info?

I have had this issue for some time and its getting annoying.

I have a dual view SD PVR and when browsing through the channels there are always ones that show up blank, can't see what is on or what is going to be on...

Anyone else get this? If you wait long enough and go out and back in 30 times it eventually shows.

Don't think I get that message no. Menu just shows nothing, after a few minutes if you are lucky it will show up.

Reboot the decoder once a day to refresh its flash memory, you can also try the dstv forum they are QUICK to response last time I checked
