In February 2017 i decided to do away with DSTV. I bought a OVHD decoder and never used DSTV.
Today i get called that im owing a Pro Rata on days DSTV allegedly kept my account open.
The collection company Blake and Associates is claiming R579 from me for days DSTV did not close my account.
Please advise is Dstv not a prepaid service and are we required to call them to cancel or what?
