Dstv Now and live TV not working on laptop: Error code 3011

I am getting error code 404 on my laptop when trying to run Dstv now. I only see on option per category. Running on my iPad fine . I see many compliants but no solution, any help out there

Anyone have issues with DSTV Now live tv on their Android TV box? None of the channels are loading for me.

I had the same issue on my laptop during the weekend, message said issue was on their side, error 3006 iirc, couple of reboots from modem to pc as well as logging out and loggingbin on the app and it was pup again, I don't kniw whether something I did worked on they did something on their side.

Hi Guys if you get a ERROR 3011 on you Dstv now app where your channels don't work and you only get an black screen the problem isn't the app or Dstv but the ISP (Internet Service Provider) that needs to assign your router to a pppoe connection and not on automatic connection had the same problem and solved it

ok, so I used a vpn and it worked. I was accessing from out the country. that was the source of my error.

Which VPN tho?

esampson is right. Its got to do with the fibre/wifi ISP. Its been working fine for years but all of a sudden not. It wont play off any of the devices connected to the home wifi but when i switch my phone to mobile data it plays no problem. call your isp.

Anyone able to help, I have a TCL smart TV, when I try to link my DStv to my TV, the 5 digit code is blanked out (not showing at all, just 5 dots)

I have cleared the cache and reinstalled the app numerous times, I have switched the TV off at the wall and disconnected the router, still no luck....
