I have not been able to watch any DSTV content through the DSTV now app on the Telkom LIT. Box since 2nd July. It seems this is when the DSTV app new version was launched.
The app works fine up to the point that it should load the video of the selected channel. Then a “Video playback error occurred” message comes up. No number reference, just retry or wait.
I have removed the app upgrades, logged out back in etc. No luck.
seems I am the only person in ZA with this issue as I can’t find anything on this issue anywhere.
Will appreciate if someone out there has an idea what to do please.
