DSTV Now app on Android TV box

Hi All
Anybody else have a problem with DSTV Now Live TV Channels not working at all?
I can watch "recently viewed" channels and and everything on Catch up...but I get a 403 error when trying to view live channels.

Its been 2.5 weeks now. I have logged into live chat several times and they keep telling me they've reset it - I must log out, restart, log in again etc but still not joy.
In the last chat, they said they would escalate to Technical team and I should wait 72 hrs - its now a full week later & it still isn't working and nobody from technical has contacted me.

Anyone else with this problem or some guidance please?

Its a T95Q Android Tv box
one suggestion i received was to uninstall the DSTV app and reinstall - but when I bought this device it was pre-installed and came with a warning to never upgrade versions as it wont work

A starting point would be that your device is not authorized / an approved Android device to stream DSTV Now.
 
Skyworth android box works like a dream for dstv now and showmax .. But no netflix unfortunately
 
I had that issue, I just logged out, then back in again. All good.
 
Please help i can't download on my Dstv stream it says error to finish downloading
