Why? on earth. would you want to have DSTV's rubbish on your AppleTV? lol

Although i guess for news and stuff it might be useful but knowing Multichoice they'll rob you sideways for it.

Sports mainly.... and we have 4 Apple TV's so instead of having 4 Dstv's or running the satellite cables, would be nice to just install the app on all the DSTV's and go.... less hassle. Just power and HDMI... also no switching between decoder and Apple TV. seems simpler

And you can use the login details of a not-so-tech-savvy family member to avoid paying the subscription. And there is why we will probably not get an ATV app...

I see the new android app has now updated to key pairing as opposed to login , might hint its imminent for ATV.

I have just downloaded a DSTV Now App on Apple TV 4, seems to work fine. You however still need to be a premium subscriber to use it. So happy staying with Netflix :crylaugh:
