DSTV Now problems

I logged on and they ask me to quickly help them to find me by providing my ID number, smartcard number and decoder number? Funny they have no issues finding me when they run their debit order.
 
It looks like everyone is having a problem, systems have been infected or maybe they are cutting off people who are on the DSTV Now bandwagon without being subscribers! :ROFL: :ROFL: :ROFL: - Maybe their standalone Dstv Now is launching...
 
Is anyone able to download on the android app? My downloads fail, right at the end after reaching 100% it gives a "bad request" error. Any ideas?
 
Down to only the free channels - any quick solutions besides calling in?
I had the same issue when I downgraded my package this month. I Dm'd @dstvcare on Twitter. They sorted me out in a few hours. Needed to provide them with connect email address and smartcard number. They reset my profile. Working perfectly now.
