How can they justify the price increase for rubbish programming and millions of repeats?

I'm tired of watching shows they claim are "new" and land up being 3 seasons old...

Not to mention they have the most USELESS streaming system on the face of this earth - I have 100mbps Fibre and I can hardly watch the news on their useless Now! app without it constantly buffering or just failing altogether.

Its a black hole for money. definitely cancelling now.

You know, for 1/2 the price of DSTv Premium you can get Netflix, ShowMax and Amazon Prime Video which I'm sure will cover 90% of the non sports related content people watch on DSTv (assuming you already have broadband). That means that DSTv are just milking the subscriptions for SuperSport.

Would be awesome if someone had the cash to outbid DSTv for sports broadcasting rights (or the government "nationalised sports broadcasts") and then they had a per-per-view streaming service where you just pay to watch the games you want.
