I know DSTV is to expensive, I said it in my first post, I think they ask about 3 times as much as they should, at least.
But, that is all choice we have. But even so, looking past that, I feel what they offer in their full bouquet is worth it.
It is a pity really, that the whole world is just not thrown open so that one can subscribe to any service you want to world wide. I would love that, for sure, but you know how it is, a few people will lose their billions if they can't enforce their monopolies.
Like I say, imagine if we did not have DSTV or Mnet since 1986. Can you imagine the sheer horror. I recalled the seventies and eighties where SABC felt they did you a favor if they showed you about 5 rugby games a season. During that time they actually didn't show some Currie cup finals. No goodness, if you want to think horror, think if we had to put up with SABC impotence since 1976.
