Who else gets this? I get it at least once an hour, often during a crucial part of a programme:

Probably your smartcard is not inserted properly. try removing and re-inserting.

I will try with the smart card. It is an older DSD910

Maybe try clean the smartcard contacts? Rub the contacts with an eraser.

I get it too. They are messing with encryption as usual - experimenting on live system.
