DSTV stream setup

Hi all,

I'm trying to setup DSTV stream but I'm encountering a problem. I have created an online account but I can't link it to my DSTV package using the Smart card number (10 digits) or Customer number (12 digits) , also my customer number is 8 digits not 12. I can't seem to get hold of DSTV live chat too, I get the following error "Oops! We weren’t able to connect to our chat servers! Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Tap “Retry” to try connecting to an agent again!"

Any pointer on how to go about this?
 
If I remember correctly, they need to do the linking on their side. So try the chat again during office hours, otherwise phone them

Phone them (or visit in person)

Their other customer channels are useless.

Chat was never available for 5 consecutive days, i aborted mission.
