That is such an amateur mistake at corporate level.
Naturally, in business we all think that certain customers are schmucks or sometimes act like schmucks. It is only human.
BUT you never show it in a public forum. Forums and email are the easiest things to handle. Your reply is not immediate. You have plenty of time to think about your response. No attack is ever personal it is against the company, so there is no reason to get emotional and hot under the collar.
When answering those posts of course you call the guy a ****head under your breath and then you reply with a robotic, cordial, polite response. It is that easy.
The SuperSport guy lost his cool the other day as well (Clinton).
They really need customer training otherwise they are heading for problems.
