Replace that most with many and i'll agree with you. I have many friends with DStv compact who don't care about the football, but at R529pm, premium isn't an option.

BTW, are there any ODM test feeds I can tune into? I know the dish has to point at 4.8E but what about the elevation?

Don't think so. AFAIK you have to use their decoder.

DVB-S2 on 12525 MHz V with a 30.000 SR but they will probably add one more before launch. Don't know exactly how many SD channels they can fit onto their DVB-S2 transponder.

They only had some test channels on when we tested a month ago. The box has now been sent to our other branches.

Multichoice is behaving quite rudely. Isn't Multichoice' parent company MIH Holdings in Netherlands? Make a complain to the European Commission.

Don't get me wrong, I'm with you on that. I would also take Kerrang, Showtime, Q, Discovery etc over Compact... but most DStv compact subscribers right now, have it for the football.

I can neither confirm or deny that.

EDIT: About the STB. To be honest, I don't know the model number. I don't see it on the UEC website, but it is a UEC box. Very similar in size to the 1131, with external PSU.
