Only on the new cards, and only on (new) DSTV decoders. Alas, I see he's in the UK, so the only option is to buy a card and then take the minimum subscriber holiday they offer. Maybe borrow one from someone also on holiday (timeshare?)afaik the smart card gets linked to the decoder these days. So one would need to take the whole decoder along...
