I have the same problem as every1 else. From Hillcrest and being routed through Durban, with insane delay

I sent the email on Thursday night and they called me on Friday explained that they will look into it.

Bear in mind that it could be out of their control if the teraco (or is it tereco) data centre don't have adequate support on weekends.

Yeah I'm getting a local ping of 260ms at a friends house, here's a tracert of a local gaming server he plays on he says he can't host a game cause people complain of lag on his 3mb line. In Queensburgh area btw.

The 4th hop (which was the cause of the high latency) seems to be very near to the 3rd hop, possible even in the same building, yet the latency is still so much higher. I would understand if the 5th hop, which is in cpt, was higher but those ip's are almost identical, surely they should be of a similar latency.
