Depends on area, you're not going to find a 3 bedroom in Umhlanga for that price.

Check Gumtree, property24 etc.

For R6k, you may find a 3bedroom place in areas like New Germany, but even that will be a push...

R6k would get you an acceptable 2bed townhouse type thing in New Germany...

R9k+ for 2bed anywhere near Umhlanga, R12k+ for 3bed (if you're lucky)

How far are you prepared to travel, and what are your minimum requirements.

In Umhlanga that R6k will get you a 1bedroom / 2small room flat

If you willing to sit in traffic for just over an hour a day, you could find a 3bedroom house in Waterfall for around R6k
