I tried yesterday, but no luck, "remote comp not..." Should we look at updating modem firmware yet?

AFAIK - and as mentioned previously the v5 firmware doing the rounds at the moment is NOT the correct one. .. I'm running it and things seem "ok" ... not "great" ... Presonally I'd suggest you wait until the v5 firmware of the clients actually gets released.
 
Anyone else experiencing remote computer not responding on tower 36 Mal Park?

36 is down AGAIN. Its been off since 10 this morning...... Apparently there is a node prob.

Well Sunningdale is back up and speed is really good??!! Either its becuase Rino is not using my precious bandwidth :P or its a little tweak on their side.. either way .. I got 212kbits/s on the Myadsl local test :)

Bay of Plenty never returned to service too. (It's still down)

Update : Appears as if much of Durban is down due to a serious Microwave Backhaul failure.

oh, that really gets my back up, cos I keep calling them, and they say no, the network in durban is fine, its just 36 that has a problem. Guess I will just have to wait some more *sigh*

BOP is back online, but I have noticed a marked increase in packet loss.
Averaging 15%.
I'm getting the same speeds as wizix too!
