I'm looking for Duromine diet pills. Not sure if they are still being sold. Does anyone know where I can buy them or if they are still on the market?

I'll rater take a ECA sack before duromine. Follow your doctor's advice PRECISELY I have seen too many bad shait happen to people opting for duromime inatead of just exercise and clean eating.

It's a ban substance ( phentermine) hence why I place it in the same category as ECA stacks clen etc

Entirely relevant.

Thor, I gym 3 times a week and do intense cardio and the boxing classes. I've lost 0.5kg in the last month.

Then you should be more than familiar with diet substances other than duromine.

But okey so lets say you set your mind and no one cam change it and you do take duromine, then just do me a favor please monitor your blood pressure and eyesight regularly. Pay attention to your thinking patterns as phentermine is known to alter once thinking and reactions in situations where concentration is required ie driving. Remember it is a psychostimulant after all.

Also be prepared for some massive mood fluctuations.

How much do you weigh and what do you eat?

I weigh over 100kg, I don't eat clean, but I've cut out all starches from my diet. I've gone from having one sugar in my coffee to none. I don't eat regularly, which I know is wrong. I can easily have one meal a day. I don't binge on chips and sweets, I don't find it appealing at all. I do alot of exercising, where I've done none before.

Diet plays the most important part in weight loss. No amount of exercise or pills can make you lose weight and keep it off if your diet is wrong.

That's beautiful there is for me nothing more beautiful than an overweight person deciding enough is enough and actively start making a effort however small it might be to create a better version of themselves.

All the more reason I don't think you should go phentermine just yet, in my opinion your body is not ready yet and there is a lot of other changes you can do first to shock your system and loose more weight.

You are definitely on the right path.

You need to eat regularly and get lots of sleep for your body to function correctly. Eating regularly ensures that your metabolism runs quickly. I would go as far as saying that diet is more important than exercise for losing weight.

Before you go onto Duromine, read more about it. They have banned it in a lot of countries because it screws up people's heart valves. I'd rather be a little overweight than have a messed up heart.

Also bear in mind, the closer you are to a healthy weight, the slower you lose weight. If you weigh 200kg, you will drop weight quickly. Like kilograms per week. If you weight a little over 100kg and your ideal weight is 90kg, weight loss will be slow. You might be looking at a year before you reach 90kg.

Quoted for emphasis.

I've taken duromine. I weighed 65kg, but I desperately wanted to get back into the 50's and nothing I did would work. The first day was awesome, felt like a million bucks, so much energy and no hunger at all. By the third day I was drooping and irritable. This doesn't work for everyone and as Thor says it interferes with your thought patterns. After mybb's first weight loss thread, I discovered the Paleo way of eating which has settled my weight issues nicely.

In general I agree 100% just feel there is two instances that I want to address this is purely take it or leave it.

Firstly,

If you weight a little over 100kg and your ideal weight is 90kg, weight loss will be slow. You might be looking at a year before you reach 90kg.

I assume OP is a woman due to her alias so with that said you can go from little over 100kg assume 104 - 109kg to 90kg in 3 months safely no problem. In fact clients I have trained started at this one lady was 112kg advised her advised her advised her 4 months later she is on 79kg. Yes a little more advance dieting techniques was used in the forth months to bring her from 88.4kg down to 79kg.

So just wanted to put it there OP getting to 90kg won't take you a year if you start working on your diet.

Second,

Eating regularly ensures that your metabolism runs quickly.

That's a myth I believed for many years.

Well, I think duromine is out of the question for me then, seeing as I am currently on mood stabilisers.
