Duromine diet pills

Well, I think duromine is out of the question for me then, seeing as I am currently on mood stabilisers.

I just feel that I need something to boost my weight loss. I'm really training hard. Doesn't make sense to lose 0.5kg in a month.

No it doesn't (might get lynched for this), but you should aim for 1.1Kg per week. At east in the beginning.

What does your current routine consist of ?

Okay okay complete beginner 0.8kg - 1.1kg per week rather

I do 20mins hard on the elliptical (spelling) machine and I normally do a boxing class after that that gets my heart rate going and I push myself beyond my limits. I then do 10mins on the shake machine and then I go and do 3 reps of 8 on the ab machine by the circuit. Sometimes I don't do the boxing class, but the core or fit class instead which is really intense. My muscles shake by the time I go home.

No, just no... You can't put a blanket statement on weight loss. This is how people lose motivation and give up. OP firstly stop weighing yourself, it's pointless. Stick to the diet and exercise regime and results will come if you are PATIENT and DILIGENT. There's no magic bullet.

Cool hence why you will never train with me. Results don't just come you set goals and you work your ass off.
Your on LCHF as I recall, so exercising mentality is not the place I would imagine you in.

I wanted to go onto duromine a few years just to lose a couple of kilos - it had been removed from the market so I wss put onto Ciplatrim - same thing and cheaper. The only side effect I had was a very dry mouth. Just a forewarning. ...they will NOT allow you to go on it if you are on anti depressants - that's the first thing they will ask you.

Then you are eating unhealthy...

Clean unprocessed foods is all you should eat, not going to go into the what diet to follow debate as long as you eat unprocessed foods then I'm happy.

As long as you are happy, that's all that matters. ;P

I'm not going to get into another derail with you but basically STFU Thor... Your generalizations about weight loss are not only ignorant but downright harmful to anyone trying.

OP, stay away from diet pills. Keep up the program you're on but tweak your diet(LCHF recommendation from me). Stop weighing yourself.

I cannot take you serious and don't believe you know the first thing about training. Do you even gym lol?

Not even a few hours old and you LCHF cult is already shoving it down her throat.

So please stop being a little loser and leave this thread alone or atleast just go away with your cult and pm her the link to LCHF instead of hijacking this thread about someone who tries to make a better life for themselves.

Just because you could not loose the appropriate amount of weight per week does not mean it's impossible it means you did not put in the effort you failed so don't push your failure on someone who never asked for it.

Mkay!

Getting awfully tired of these forum boys who think their method is the one and only, but Grinch when the word gym or weights get mentioned

What is LCHF? Is it like banting?

Duromine is awesome and works well but you need to be careful. It can be quite hectic and can conflict with certain medications. That said, myself and other people I know lost crap loads of weight within weeks. It works by telling your brain that you are full and also puts your body into adrenalin mode (slow release - throughout the day), so your body is more concerned about your survival than eating, which also takes away your hunger and cravings. The effect is that you don't get hungry and you don't get cravings. You can lose even more weight if you exercise while you are on it.

Since those 2 are going at it, let me tell you a bit more :p
LCHF didn't work for me. For guys, sure it's going to work. They don't have to worry about hormones interfering with weight loss. After 6 weeks on low carb, I lost 1 kg. So don't be discouraged if LCHF does not help you lose weight. What worked for me was a combination of paleo and primal which allows dairy. You just gotta find what works for you.
