Duromine diet pills

I cannot take you serious and don't believe you know the first thing about training. Do you even gym lol?

Not even a few hours old and you LCHF cult is already shoving it down her throat.

So please stop being a little loser and leave this thread alone or atleast just go away with your cult and pm her the link to LCHF instead of hijacking this thread about someone who tries to make a better life for themselves.

I gym and am on LCHF, works wonders for me. So your assumption that LCHF eaters don't gym is flawed.

As tired as you are getting "of these forum boys" we are getting equally tired of your "klap gym boet, lose weight" slogan. There is a happy balance for everyone, each persons life style and bodies are different.

Thor, you are the one that overreacts to people suggesting LCHF. You are the one that gets angry and throws your toys out the cot. Everyone else just mentions what they think, you take it personally and then insult everyone.

Nobody is saying do LCHF and nothing else. Nobody is saying the OP must stop lifting weights. Flip, take a chill pill!

OP, my advice would be, take everyone's advice with a mountain of salt. LCHF is not for everyone. It isn't for me, for instance.

No I'm saying no serious bodybuilder would consider LCHF there is a difference between going to the gym to settle your conscious and to actually gym which you can't because LCHF does not allow you to perform at that level

I'm trying to lean more towards banting. I think I should just stick to doing it 100%. Thanks for all your advise.

Does this look like "over reacting and getting angry and throws your toys out the cot. Everyone else just mentions what they think, you take it personally and then insult everyone."

Yes. And it works, but personally I'm not for it.

Here is a whole thread about it if you want to read it:

Take your bad attitude elsewhere please.

If you can't offer advice constructively and not take offense when people don't agree with you don't belong on these forums.

Just because you could not loose the appropriate amount of weight per week does not mean it's impossible it means you did not put in the effort you failed so don't push your failure on someone who never asked for it.

Mkay!

Getting awfully tired of these forum boys who think their method is the one and only, but Grinch when the word gym or weights get mentioned

Yes that wasnt an attack on LCHF that was an attack on a idiot who atacked me first

No it's just every single time fitness advice is given on this forum there will always be one LCHF oak super charging in attacking and then the other minions follow hence this thread derailed now solely thanks to maximus.

Not going to trawl through the countless threads and post your replies, you are quite clearly the biased one.

Also your assumption that because I am LCHF eating, I am unable to push myself and lift heavy weights for my weight is quite incorrect.

No it's not. No LGHF dieter will ever be able to perform at optimal performance. Not optimal in your books. Optimal in my books. Your more than welcome to come for a test drive and put it to a test. I'm not talking 1 hour I'm talking 130% every day. Yes rest day are still active days just a different level of activity.

I can promise you right now you won't last you will damage your body in the process because lchf is not sustainable or adequate long term for this level of performance.

This is not the thread to discuss is, but yes as a person who loves the gym I am fvking baised against lchf. Yes it works, just doesn't work for our goals. Hence why I am biased.

Obviously you are one of those guys that do not care for being able to wipe their own behind, or enjoy brushing their teeth using a metre long tooth brush handle.

Yes clearly we have different goals.

I'm starting to wonder if the phrase "different strokes for different folks" means anything on here :D

No no no, trust me I would never want to be like the modern bodybuilding physique.

It disgusts me really it does.

My goal physique would be to be just a little smaller than Richard Gozdecki

Thor, did you actually do some reading about LCHF diets and weightlifting, or did you just assume that they are incompatible?

I did LCHF for 13 months.

Saw marvelous results, but suffered in the gym and could not compete.

I'm not against it. Just biased and against the sheep mentality it sparked

Thor, I gym 3 times a week and do intense cardio and the boxing classes. I've lost 0.5kg in the last month.
Sorry - I haven't read through the entire thread but just curious - are you eating many refined / processed foods or do you prepare all your own meals with whole food ingredients?

No, I don't always prepare food with fresh ingredients. I have one hour between getting home and going to gym and taking care of 2 kids, so I often opt in for just cooking frozen food.

Here is another one with more information.

So, you did no research, just that in your anecdotal evidence, it does not work for you, and therefore, you attack and insult anyone who recommends it?

Who cares if the sheep are for it? Sheep are for lots of things. Why get so upset about it? So it doesnt work for you but works for millions of others - including professional athletes? So what!

I know it will be different cooking for kids, but what I do is that I cook on weekends, or 1 or 2 nights per week. I cook large batches of food that freezes well, and then freeze it. That way, I get to eat healthy food that I have cooked myself, but I don't have to cook every night.

I also cook new batches before the old ones are finished, which allows me some variety. So I don't have to eat the same thing every night. I think I have 7 nights worth of food in my freezer at the moment. I have 3 chicken curry, a few bolognaise, and maybe a chilli con carne if I am lucky.
