Duromine diet pills

Okay so why do you care if people recommend it?

We know:

1) It does not work for you.
2) It can work for other people.

So?

I never cared dude... I even showed here where the tread was she can read more about it.

I was just mad at maximus for attacking me

I do 20mins hard on the elliptical (spelling) machine and I normally do a boxing class after that that gets my heart rate going and I push myself beyond my limits. I then do 10mins on the shake machine and then I go and do 3 reps of 8 on the ab machine by the circuit. Sometimes I don't do the boxing class, but the core or fit class instead which is really intense. My muscles shake by the time I go home.

I dont know why nobody has commented on this but that workout sounds very wrong for weight loss. It will be good for strength and health but if you are doing such hard short workouts you wont be burning much fat. You will need to do more lower heart rate exercises over longer periods its worth it getting a trainer for a few months so you can get a workout more suited to you or do some more research at least. I am not surprised you are disappointing in the results and looking for quick fixes. Good luck and keep at it.

I don't know where you are located boerenooi, but my friends and I have had much success with Dr Rossouw and keeping the weight off. He has offices in Durbanville and Paarl in the Western Cape. With women it is not always just a case of overeating, you have to understand what causes you to overeat in the first place. You see him twice a month and he has a meal plan that you can follow. You can also take pills and injections if you want, but it is not a requirement. http://www.bodyaesthetics.co.za/SLIMMING.php

I'll agree with about bad **** happening to people on duromine - my personal exp, battling to sleep and intense mood swings but I also want to express why I praise these pills

I have battled obesity all my life, Im 23 now and hell, school was a nightmare, I went through high school being nothing under 98kgs.
in August 2013 I started duromine (I didnt need a script, we have a pharm thats just...one of those) and today, Im 65kgs
All protein diet, and one 30mg duro every morning before I eat
ABSOLUTELY NO STARCH ITS NOT A DIET ITS A LIFESTYLE
and believe me, its a miracle change

Try it

I vouch for it

And when I started in 2013, I weighed 101kgs and had no liss for life anymore

Duromine gave me endless energy, drive, and confidence

Do you not think that you lost all that weight because of the protein diet and not the Duromine? Just asking out of interest.

I went down to 61 kgs, stopped the duromine and my weight now fluctuates horribly by 5kgs, i stick to my protein lifestyle but see it doesnt work for everyone as i have researched on the blood type diet and i am O- so protein is perfect for me..others however find a high low GI carb diet works and others should be vegetarians according to their blood types but hell thats a hard diet to stick to
Im using phedra cut now as my gf tried duromine with me and her side effects were terrible she even suffered with piles, she says she beieves in phedra cut and we're trying that but I find it makes me nauseous and unfocused and just lank irritable

I have seen that the moment I let myself go for a weekend and have that rice or those potatoes and by monday morning im up 3kgs it is so heartbreaking to me I get anxiety because im so afraid of being obese again

My mom is insulin dependent diabetic with COPD - she tried my protein diet with duromine but we agreed she'd not take them everyday - my mom weighed 141kgs due to steroid abuse the hospital administered so much while she was comatose after a car accident where her lungs bled and needed to be drained and she retains water so badly, she started my diet in feb this year and by july she had lost 13kgs - she still had her heavy sweet cravings due to the sugar - before my diet, her sugar was never below 13 and that to us was already too low for her and she'd get sick, on avergae it spikes to 24, it scares us but is normal to her she knows how to cope with it, on the diet i put her on she went down to 5, her physician was astounded and so were we because she didnt even get sick from going this low which should be the normal sugar level for anyone but is frightening in her case

The duromine isnt a fat blocker or cutter, its simply a meal suppressant so yes it was the protein diet however going onto a protein diet can be so hard when rice and bread and potatoes are a daily staple - the duro helped to curb cravings for starch

someone mentioned ciplatrim, the same thing - less side effects, I recommend it for extreme obesity in people needing results quickly and are unable ti do physical exercise like my mom, it could kill her due to her being emphysemic
All protein diet dueted with a meal suppressant will show great weight loss

How is the weight loss going boerenooi?

You should read this blog I've been reading about weight loss - intensivedietarymanagement.com

EDIT: Binx you know that the blood type diet is.... well completely pointless? Its not scientifically proven at all. Don't waste your time.

Just make sure you get sufficient protein per day. Given your low weight, you don't need all that much - maybe 50g per day depending on your activity level would be fine.

As far as I know, Ciplatrim is the generic and also half the price.

Fudzy I have never tried slimz to be honest - Im not sure about those side effects

Look when i was small I had a neighbour a yr younger than me, her mom was petrified she'd be a fat kid like me, forced her on all **** like bioslim, herbalex, those freaky **** tasting drops, ,meal replacements etc etc from a young age of about 9, at 12 yrs old she had C cup breasts, in high school she was insanely tall, about 1.96, and overweight, she tried slimz and it helped a bit but all those supps screwed her hormones up and her weight went crazy

Ancalagon, It's not going well. LOL

Been on weigh-less, but failed, because I can't eat 7 times a day. My work/time capacity simply does not allow this. Been doing high protein, my weight just stays the same. Been exercising. Joined an action netball group. Practicing one a week and doing a game once a week. It's a hectic workout. Weight still stays the same. Now I'm trying the 28 day diet plan. Guess it's more than a quick fix than a lifestyle. Considering joining a gym again, but the last time I did cardio for months at end and lost 0.1kg.

Read that link I posted: intensivedietarymanagement.com

Start intermittent fasting. In other words, don't eat anything until noon, and don't eat anything after 8PM. This whole "you need to eat 7 times per day" is rubbish.

Also if you are going to have something carby, like bread or pizza, mix two teaspoons of vinegar with water and drink it first. That blog will explain why - there is scientific research to back it up.

Interesting! Thanks. I'll have a look at it now.

boerenooi have you had your thyroid and insulin resistance tested?

Its strange that you are trying all these methods with little to no results
your metabolism seems to be super stubborn - not your fault or meant with any offense, some people have really difficult metabolisms to break

boerenooi, better option, your doctor will advise you if its safe for you
duro comes in 15mg and 30mg, if you DO think of using it, start with 15mg a day first, if you start too high you'll experience radical thirst and mood swings, lower dosage is safer
if he feels duromine is too extreme he'll opt for ciplatrim also in 15mg and 30mg with less side effects though but since its a generic - isnt as intense or rapid but obviously it is the safer option

my sis in law uses 15mg 6am each morning, she has her bran flakes by 9, a yoghurt by 11, 2 boiled eggs and cold meats by 1, a fruit by 3 and a light dinner - quiche or a chicken breast and a veg...i know it sounds like so much to remember but put your daily snacks oon your desk in your office and they'll be in your face constantly because on duro or cipla - you tend to forget to eat, dont allow that, one week on duromine, one sunday off, another week on, one weekend off

Also - best snack? BILTONG! I lived on it! as much as you want whenever

these are tips Ive learnt being on it myself and also through my family we all tested them together saw what worked and what didnt

give it a try if your doctor allows it, please please do tell me what results you find after 7 days doing these tips - if you have no results I will swallow all my words like the previous gym boffin had to - also duro cant be taken with contraceptives, or anti depros, and also any ADD meds etc
