Just saw this:
This communication serves to confirm that some customers, that receive their Vodacom bill via email are unable to view their statement and / or invoice.

The email vendors are investigating the problem and we will keep you informed of the progress. All email customers will be sent an email notification informing them that they may experience problems viewing their bill and that a further email bill (in the correct format) will be sent to them shortly.

Must say, your sig sometimes is spot on....;)

Read my message, it's a problem with mail attachments.

Yes i know its a problem with the mail attachments. and i acknowledged that. Wat i was refering to is yet another "MISS HAP" with Vodacom. I'm not that dumb you know ;) I mean, what else is gonna go wrong?

Plenty, I'm sure.

We don't live in a perfect world. We all use systems designed and built by humans. And millions upon millions of users use these systems. So it's a massive environment and things will go wrong from time to time.

To think systems and processes should be prefect is pretty naive and shows a lack of understanding of technology (and human nature).

Oh on the contrary dear v3g... i understand that perfectly. But you seem to missunderstanding me too... Yes, Vodacom's system isnt perfect, and there will be problems from time to time... but what i'm trying to point out is that these "issues" have been happening very frequently lately and it seems to drag out for weeks.

I apollogize if i didnt make myslef clear :) (and i mean no disrepect to Vodacom, just bringing forth my opinion)

All your fault, V3G, for going away!!!:p

Everything fell over without you to hound people to fix things...

Can I suggest a petition to absolutely forbid you to take more than 2 days leave at a time???:D:D:D

Only joking! Hope u enjoyed it?

I was thinking the same thing, Can't leave you guys without supervision for a few days and you go and break everything!! :)

Just think......if nothing ever broke then you guys would be out of work :)

I'm just saying... if it breaks, fix it when i'm sleeping, not when i want to use it ;)

You are feeling sleepy...when the engineers count to 3, you will be fully aware of your surroundings, and will believe that nothing is being fixed or changed, and that there is nothing to complain about...:p
