E-mail / IMAP query!

Hi guys,

Our reps are running their e-mails off a IMAP server.
Basically, because more than 1 rep uses the same Pc so this is the best setup.
BUT, I have a query.

Whenever a rep deletes an e-mail or something, Outlook puts a strip through it instead of like, sending it to the deleted items.

How do I disable this 'feature' or stop it?

does anyone know.

Hi gdiza,

Its an IMAP setting on the Server. I have mine set to delete files marked for deletion in 1 week. in the interim...

Set Outlook to not show them,

View -> Current View -> Hide Messages Marked for Deletion

Edit->Purge->Purge Marked Items.... (Select the appropriate option)

You need to be in an Imap folder for the option to appear.
