E-schools battle for bandwidth

The e-schools satellite learning programme, run by the New Partnership for Africa’s Development (Nepad), has linked less than 100 schools in Africa to the internet.

Isn't the title of that article somewhat misleading? I just scanned through it but I don't remember reading the word bandwidth in it once.
